A life-long innovator, Linda launched CEO Resources in 1989 and was first to serve the growing technology market of the mid-Atlantic region. She has since led the firm in recruiting leadership from all over the country for hundreds of technology, life science and other innovative organizations.

An entrepreneur who “gets” entrepreneurs, Linda authored A Big Splash in a Small Pond (Simon & Schuster, 1994), the first guide to finding a job in a small company and a Fortune Book Club Selection of the Month. She has appeared on NBC's Weekend Today Show as an authority on entrepreneurial leadership and hiring as well as in publications such as: Smart Money, Wall Street Journal, Executive Female, Boston Herald and Philadelphia Business Journal;

In working with search clients diverse in industry and size, Linda also leverages previous experience in corporate management and nonprofit leadership. Before establishing CEO Resources, Linda directed a business development and recruiting service at the University City Science Center. She previously held management positions in human resources and marketing at Aramark (ARA Services) and Unisys (Sperry) Corporation. She also served on a university faculty and as the director of a human service agency.

In keeping with her commitment to the region as a whole, Linda advocates for the increased presence of women on corporate boards and in the executive suite through the Forum of Executive Women, WIN (Women INvesting Next) and Women International Leaders of Greater Philadelphia (she was a co-founder). A former director of the Philadelphia Academies, Inc., Linda also has worked to embed information technology and entrepreneurship into educational and professional training for urban youth.She was honored as one of "Pennsylvania's 50 Best Women in Business" by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development in association with the Business Journals of Pennsylvania. Linda holds a Masters degree in counseling from West Chester University and a BA from Wheelock College.
